The band can be configured to suit your needs – a 3 piece or 4 piece with the following variations –
(3-4 piece) Play the style of Django Reinhardt at the Hot Club of France (all string Gypsy Jazz music variations of violin (fiddle), mandolin, banjo, guitar and double bass, vocals.Trio – 20’s to 40’s Jazz including Swing and Latin, Bossa Nova, Rag Time, Trad and Dixieland favourites, Beatles. Variations of banjo, guitar, saxophone, trombone, clarinet, double bass, vocals.
The Royal Garden Jazz Band has supported such international acts as the Dutch Swing college Band, Kenny Ball, Acker Bilk and has performed at many Australian Jazz festivals. Weddings and roving gigs are a specialty.
