Event Angels specialise in on-the-day ceremony and reception coordination so you can relax and have complete confidence that a professional is looking after every detail.
In addition to planning and coordination service, we are able to design and print custom-made stationery (including save-the-date cards, invitations, place cards, seating charts, menus etc), as well as looking after the styling and decoration of your ceremony and reception.
We are experienced in a variety of weddings - casual beachside ceremonies, lunch or dinner weddings at function centres or restaurants, as well as extravagant marquee receptions. We meet with you in the weeks leading up to your wedding to go through every detail, confirm your vendors prior to the big day, then coordinate every detail during your ceremony and/or reception.
Our Angels are there to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that any problems that may arise are resolved quickly and quietly – allowing you to enjoy your day knowing a professional is there to take care of everything behind the scenes.
What Event Angels do for you:
- Meet with you to understand every aspect of your Wedding Day
- Recommend vendors such as florists, decorators, celebrants, caterers etc. where required
- Contact all vendors 24-48 hours prior to your Wedding Day to confirm all details
- Create and distribute event order/run sheets, vendor contact lists and bridal party contact lists
- Provide support for you and your vendors to ensure your Wedding Day runs smoothly
- Attend, supervise and assist as required at Wedding Ceremony and/or Wedding Reception
