Sparkling Belle Makeup Artistry & Hair is owned and operated by Angela Skinner a professional makeup artist in Perth since 2003.

Angela trained with The Sharryn Sinclair Styling team under Sharryns guidance for 2 years. In this time she actively worked in the bridal industry, magazine shoots, glamour photography, schools balls, events and special occasion makeup.

Angela has freelanced for the last 9 years, specialising in Bridal Makeup. The whole team loves being involved in Weddings and appreciates that every client is different in their needs and always takes a professional approach to their work.

Angela decided to form her new company Sparkling Belle - Makeup Artistry & Hair after many requests for work that she was already booked for and said to herself I wish I had more of me.

Expanding the business from Perth to Broome, Margaret River, Albany and Adelaide after many requests from these areas. Angela has personally handpicked her artists in these areas to join her team.
