We offer flexible floor plans for large and medium sized events, and endeavour to do all that we can to tailor our service to suit your needs. Generally, clients choose to dine on the Lady Cutler. This is a truly unique experience; from our viewing decks patrons watch the sun setting amidst the Melbourne and Bayside seascapes. Alternatively, for a livelier occasion, downstairs the Lady Cutler houses a large dance floor, club lounge and the finest on-water bar in Melbourne.Catering is of the highest quality and varied. Nouveau cuisine is our general fare, complemented by delectable canapés and hors d’oeuvres. Full buffet and fine dining waited table menus are readily available.
Delightful local wines are ready to be discovered by your guests from our modern bar. We are also happy to source refreshments to your requirements.Our own Celebrant dressed as a Ship’s Captain can perform a non-denominational service for you. We also arrange flowers and a flower bouquet and we have a great choice of music. Although we include these features in our price, we welcome anyone to decorate with their own flowers, provide their own music, or bring any certified person of their choice to officiate the ceremony, which gives the freedom to personalise any ceremony.
