Based on the concept of a private mansion, the residence is unlike any other events space available in Australia. A collection of four individually styled rooms, the Courtyard, the Library, the Verandah and the Wine Room, make up the residence, and are all serviced by the stunning open kitchen with
personal chefs.
The open courtyard, complete with an atrium ceiling has an abundance of natural light, and spectacular views of the Paris end of Collins Street feature from both the Verandah and the Wine Room.
Grand Hyatt Melbourne also includes the elegant Savoy Ballroom and the versatile Mayfair Ballroom, and can accommodate an intimate wedding for 20 guests to gala events for up to
750 guests.
