How much notice do you need ?Once you have your colours worked out, and you know who will be in the wedding party, then it's a good time to make your appointment. Remember that if you are getting married in summer, you will need to book 2-3 months ahead. That being said, Calypso Flowers can cope with just a couple of weeks notice if necessary - as long as we are available, that is. We usually only do one wedding per day, in order to give you, the bride, 100% attention.Do you do flowers for the ceremony and the reception ?Yes! We prefer to do all the flowers that are required, to carry the theme, style and colours throughout the day.Will the flowers be delivered to me on the day ?Yes ! Usually there is one delivery to the bride and her attendants and family, and one to the groom and his attendants and family, as well as to the ceremony and reception locations, if required. How much should I budget for flowers ?Since each wedding is different, it's hard to generalise, but for a wedding with posy- style bouquets for the bride and 2 bridesmaids, the groom and 2 groomsmen, and 2 sets of parents, you should allow $450 - $550.
