Gold Program - Includes 12 weeks personal training, 4 personal consultations at your home, personalised 12 week dietary and fitness program

Silver Program - Includes 4 weeks personal training, 4 personal consultations at your home, personalised 12 week dietary and fitness program.

Bronze Program - 4 personal consultations at your home, personalised 12 week dietary and fitness program.
