Very unpleasant pre-wedding photo experience with Dreamlife Sydney! Studio staffs were not helpful and friendly at all! Their attitude before we confirmed the booking with them was completely different from after. I can't believe the staff there asked my fiance to iron the suit borrowed from Dreamlife by himself! SUCH A JOKE!!! Their makeup artist supposed to be a professional that could suggest me with makeup/ hair that look nice on me but she asked me to tell her exactly what I wanted. Sorry I'm not a professional stylist that I know what lexactly ooks nice on me. I didn't like my makeup/ hair. Their bad services really ruined our day! Despite the above, I would like to say a big thank you to our photographer - Kim. He really did a great job! He's friendly and helpful in every aspects! He is the person made our day better with all those negative experience in the morning with the studio staffs. We highly recommend his service but not Dreamlife!!
