I'm Karen Miles and 'As Your Celebrant', it is my passion to assist you in making your wedding ceremony meaningful, moving and memorable. Your ceremony is when time will stand still for you. You will be in real time, living, breathing and experiencing the entire spectrum of emotions that is love.

I feel privileged that my life journey has lead me to this profession and I am very honoured to be a part of such important moments in peoples' lives.

I am an Authorised Marriage Celebrant (AMC) appointed by the Attorney-General's Department. I am very proud to be the first student of Australian Celebrations Training Pty Ltd to graduate from all courses offered - Marriage, Namings and Funerals.

I am 33 years old, married to the most fabulous man for eight years and we have two little girls aged five and two years. I have lived on the beautiful Gold Coast for ten years. We moved to the Hinterland 2 years ago and love its peace and serenity, whilst only being 20 minutes away from the beach.

Why did I become a celebrant?
I believe in fate and that all the experiences of my life have culminated to lead me to this very point in time. I love to meet new people. I love to talk, listen, learn, laugh, care and cry. Essentially, I love to communicate.
