Appellation at Peppers The Louise Barossa Valley offers understated, informed service, intimate ambience and an outstanding and extensive wine list in what is regarded as the Barossa Valley’s premier dining experience.  Appellation can provide a casually elegant wedding dinner as an alternative to a traditional wedding reception.  Choose from either our private dining room for groups of up to 15 guests or request sole occupancy of Appellation restaurant (a maximum number of 34 guests - conditions apply*).  At Appellation, Executive Chef Mark McNamara creates a daily changing menu featuring locally sourced seasonal produce, or for your special day he and his talented team can create a superb degustation menu featuring a selection of Appellations signature dishes for your small wedding party. Appellation is also a very special dining experience for pre-wedding dinners and for entertaining family, friends and guests who have traveled to join your wedding party.
