1. How does this all work?
Brideonline.com.au provides Australian businesses within the wedding industry with annual website listings and promotional advertisements to attract and refer bridal clients to their websites.
2. What is included in my marketing package?
There are different packages available depending on how much exposure you want your business to have. Different packages include extra promotional advertisements including various social media plug-ins and completely customized profile pages. All packages include images, text, contact numbers, calls to action and links to your website.
3. There are so many directories, how do I know which is best for my business?
There are over 100 wedding directories in Australia! What is most important to any business is not to get onto as many of these for as cheaply as possible and to get lost in the crowds of competitors, rather which ones will deliver the best return on your investment and allow your business to stand out and differentiate itself from the competition. Most of the other directories have not been around for very long and do not have much visibility on relevant keyword search results on the major search engines.

4. How much does advertising cost?
Bride Online advertising rates are based on business categories and regions. Because different categories and different regions experience different amounts of traffic, we adjust our pricing accordingly. Our Marketing Advisers work out the most cost effective solutions for our clients and are happy to recommend various options to suit your business and budget.
5. How long until my profile page is designed?
We always allow for 2 weeks for the total design process to be completed however it can sometimes be much faster than this. All advertising contracts actually go for 13 months (1 bonus month) to compensate for this process.
6. What else can I do to improve my traffic on brideonline.com.au?
We offer our clients a lot of additional content channels to publish their material at no cost what so ever! Most other directories charge for this however we like to make sure brides have free access to the latest and greatest information out there! These channels include our blogs, articles & tips, expert forums and other areas. 7. How does the ranking system work?
Ranking positions are determined by the actual dollar investments of advertising clients. To move higher towards the top of the page, you have a wide range of different add ons including categories, regions and promotional ads which all count towards your ranking position.
8. What payment options are there?
Depending on the total investment, payment options can be one of 3, 6 or 12 month plans to accommodate business accounts as needed.
9. Is there a loyalty program?
Yes, we like to reward our loyal clients and currently offer 17.5% in annual ranking bonuses for those clients that advertise with us for two years or more
10. Do you offer free trials?
At the moment we do not offer free trials. The wedding industry is highly seasonal (majority of weddings will be over the summer months) and due to this it is very difficult to gauge the effectiveness of any marketing campaign when implemented for less than a full 12 month period.
