The shroud of secrecy round the buck’s night cause many brides to wonder what actually goes down at these events. Maybe it is best to keep the secret, but letting a few out will not harm anyone – or would it?
The very first thing that guys want you to think is that their Buck’s night is a fun event from start to finish. The truth is, most of the night is subdued and spend walking from place to place in search of that special moment or two. Men are not known for their great planning of events and often their Buck’s night suffers due to their lack of having a set plan.
Girls, girls and more girls – well at least their attention, is what they want you to fear next. You know the truth about this myth – other girls avoid these groups of men like the plague. One slightest hint that they are a group out on a buck’s night and most women would make a break to avoid the unwanted attention. This usually come from guys that operate better from behind a group, so do not take those cat calls and whistles too serious girls.
Men would like you to think that they closed the bar by drinking every drop it had in it. Without spoiling their secret too much – the average guy at a buck’s night has two or three at the most drinks. In those cases where the groom was left semi comatose with alcohol poisoning, it was not really from drinking a whole barrel of beer. He simply did not pace himself and most often was force fed a few quick drinks causing him to close down his own party quite early.
It is reported that the most popular venues for these buck’s parties have televisions in them that run continues sport channels. You figure what actually goes down when a group of men spend time in such a place. Yep, you are right – nothing.
So, without generalizing all Buck’s nights, you can be certain about a few things. Men get bored very quickly as a rule and after the noisy walk to the venue; they very quickly do their best to blend in with the rest of the crowd. Buck’s get their fare share of attention from strangers just like you get, but that past as quickly as everyone had a turn to make a small joke or pass a comment. In most cases, this happens all at once with quite a who wha and then silence.
Boys will be boys and some of their Buck’s nights do end up in tears and fears. Should this happen to your man, be sure to have a good go at him for losing his cool so easily and make him understand that you will not tolerate this kind of nonsense in future. He will listen. Then take the poor fellow in your arms and love him for the man he is and you will be happy forever.
