Kate Luke has been photographing in Canberra and around Australia for over 10 years. As winner of the 2007 Canberra Living Artist Week Photographic Portrait prize, Kate Luke demonstrated both her creative ability and technical polish in relation to photographing people. Kate enjoys photographing people for all events but none more so than wedding photography.
"Weddings are an event of joy, love and hope for the future, for me there is not better time to be photographing a group of people than at this time of intense love and emotion. My aim is to capture the little details that people take for granted, the candid moments where the essence and feeling of the day lies, so that you can relive those moments and feelings forever through your photographs."
