Steven Khalil Steven Khalil made my gown earlier this year and I wore it on the 7th of May. The attention to detail Steven put into this dress is amazing. It it made from French Chantilly lace and delicate Swarovski crystals which wrap from across the top of the dress to across the back with a silk band around the waist and buttons down the back.
